Welcome to The Exhale Room. By booking an appointment, purchasing products, or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Policies.

Bookings & Appointments

Appointments can be made online, via phone, email, or social media.

To secure selected appointments, deposits or full payment may be required at the time of booking.

Please ensure all booking information provided is accurate and up to date.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits secure your appointment time and are redeemable toward your treatment total unless otherwise stated.

If sufficient notice is provided for rescheduling, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment at management discretion.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may result in:

  • Loss of deposit

  • Cancellation fee

  • Full appointment charge for late notice or no-shows

Clients arriving significantly late may have their treatment time reduced or appointment rescheduled to avoid impacting other bookings.

No Shows

Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of any deposit or prepaid treatment and may require full prepayment for future bookings.

Treatment Suitability

The Exhale Room reserves the right to refuse or modify treatments where necessary for health, safety, contraindications, or client wellbeing.

Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, injuries, medications, or pregnancy prior to treatment.

Packages, Memberships & Gift Vouchers

All packages, memberships, credits, and gift vouchers:

  • Are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash

  • Must be used within the stated validity period

  • Are non-transferable unless approved by management

  • Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen

Expired vouchers or packages may not be honoured.

Retail Product Purchases

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on opened or used products unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

If a product is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
